VI-grade will participate in Automotive Testing Expo North America 2026 through collaborations with its partners STEP Lab and Rohde & Schwarz, highlighting applications of driving simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing in automotive development and validation.
STEP Lab | Booth T1834
At the STEP Lab booth, visitors can experience a live mechanical Hardware-in-the-Loop (mHiL) demonstration combining the VI-grade DESKTOP PLUS driving simulator with STEP Lab's UD01 electrodynamic actuator. The setup enables users to drive a virtual vehicle while a physical damper responds in real time to simulated road conditions and driver inputs.
Rohde & Schwarz | Booth T1210
At the Rohde & Schwarz booth, representatives from both companies will be available to discuss simulation-based testing solutions for ADAS and connectivity. The collaboration will also include joint driving simulation and ADAS sensor testing demonstrations at the Multimatic SimCenter in Novi from November 2–13, available by appointment.
VI-grade is proud to sponsor Explore-to-Innovate 2026, IFM's annual science and technology forum taking place on July 8–9 in Benningen, Germany.
Bringing together experts from industry, academia, and research, the event offers two days of science talks, live demonstrations, technology tours, and networking opportunities focused on the future of mobility. Key topics include automated driving, connected mobility, virtual vehicle development, vehicle dynamics, and intelligent mobility concepts.
Visit the VI-grade booth to learn how Smart Testing and simulation-driven development are helping engineering teams accelerate innovation and make better decisions earlier in the vehicle development process.
