VIRTUAL FORMULA 2021
In a strong competition against 224 participants in representation of 129 teams from all over the world, the Gspeed Formula Racing Team from Jilin University, Changchun, China and the UniBo Motorsport Electric from University of Bologna, Italy have won the OFFLINE phase of the 2021 edition of the championship, respectively in the Internal Combustion and the Electric Vehicle categories.

Our congratulations go to the winners of the OFFLINE phase, that will receive a complete software package including multiple user access to the VI-Motorsport technologies.
Also, the first 3 qualified teams of each competition who dispose of a DESKTOP Driving Simulator will join the ONLINE phase, which will run through the month of April. The team that scores the best combined ranking will win the competition and will be awarded with all top-notch Fanatec hardware and VI-grade software needed to upgrade the team’s Windows PC to a fully functional VI-grade DESKTOP Simulator as well as with a 1-day session at one VI-grade’s SimCenters located around the world to understand how our cutting-edge solutions are used by OEMs, suppliers and motorsport teams to develop and fine tune their cars.
