This presentation showcases a joint EDAG - Michelin SIMIX workflow enabling fully integrated virtual vehicle development. SIMIX provides real world correlated tire and chassis datasets in industry standard formats, allowing rapid, high fidelity vehicle dynamics simulation without weeks of manual model crafting. EDAG complements this with advanced NVH modeling derived from physical vehicle measurements (benchmark), creating accurate structural acoustic representations for early refinement. Combined within a driver in the loop simulator, both methodologies converge into a unified environment where handling, ride, comfort & NVH performance can be evaluated simultaneously, accelerating decision making and reducing prototype dependence.
